Antes de mais boas a todos e peço desculpa por ter estao tanto tempo ausente do forum, mas por motivos profissionais nao pude vir.
Agora o que me tras por ca.
O meu clio deu o berro. nao arranca.
Liguei o carro a maquina e deu o erro DF066 - actuador posiçao fluxo combustivel posiçao incorrecta.
Alguem me pode dar uma ajuda sobre este erro?

There was a fault with the injector pumps fitted to some of these vehicles apparently. Renault green note 4737A states that a 0.25mm washer is to be fitted to the rotor sensor core to correct the erratic running problems some of these models have. The note was not released until 2008 and they are not doing anything about it.
This makes sense as the the fault code that comes up is a fuel actuator position error - not a sensor failure. I think the encoder on the end of the rotor head not only reads rotational data - it reads depth data. Just like when you time up a diesel by attaching a dial test guage to the rotor head and measure the rotor depth postion to find the zero setting to line up the timing. We are dealing with 100ths of mm here making a big difference. The 0.25mm washer is actually quite a large distance. There is a kit out there to fix this and it is well over priced but way cheaper than a new pump. It is the Delphi Compensation Kit 9109-934 / (Renault part number = 7701478776)
for these injector pumps:
LUCAS/DELPHI PHASE III : 8640A111A, R8640A111B, 8640A113B
Fitted to engines F8Q 632 and F8Q622
If the readout on the diagnostic says DF066 this is probably the reason. If the mod has been done already a small red plastic clip should have been placed on the wire from the rotor sensor to show this.
I have not tried this yet. I will post here as I progress further. I found this info on French, Spanish and Russian forums but not on any UK forums. Thank god for Google translate!!

Obrigado pelas respostas, vou ver junto com o mecanico se da para fazer isto sem ter que enviar a bomba para reparar, mas tenho medo de fazer asneira.
Assim que possivel informo o resultado.

Boas a todos, ainda nao resolvi o problema, estive fora por motivos profissionais ( Isto de um gajo ser militar tem destas coisas), por acaso alguem aqui do forum que more para os lados de Sintra, tem uma clip para ligar ao carro e que possa fazer uma visita ao domicilio?

Consegui arranjar uma bomba injectora de um carro estampado igual ao meu, a questao e que a minha bomba e Lucas e a outra e Delphi. A referencia das duas e igual, sera que existe algum problema se trocar uma por outra?
